UCLA Announces a $100,000 Mobile App MHealth Challenge

UCLA, in collaboration with Heritage Provider Network (HPN) and Open mHealth, is pleased to launch an international $100,000 mobile app health challenge to develop more effective management of clinical conditions. The Heritage Open mHealth Challenge seeks submissions that use new, innovative mobile applications to create integrated, personalized health solutions enabling improved disease management and better health outcomes. We wish to make our UCLA community aware of the contest.

The $100,000 prize will go to the team that can find the most graceful, openly accessible and scalable way to integrate the thousands of existing health apps with those yet to come.
